GeraHome does not operate in Yerevan, Tbilisi, Nairobi, Lagos or anywhere outside the UK launch.

Service discovery. Search by service type, neighbourhood, availability, and rating.
Checks before listings go live. Identity documents reviewed by the Gera operations team, right-to-work verification where applicable, trade-credential check for regulated trades, insurance evidence — all planned for launch; no provider has passed any check today because none is listed.
Transparent pricing (planned). Per-visit or per-job prices shown before you book; no surprise fees. Nothing is charged today.
Platform payment (planned). Card payment once the job is complete. GeraCash is itself still in prelaunch and is not a live payment method. No payment is taken today.
Ratings and reviews (planned). Post-job reviews will drive quality once real bookings exist. There are no reviews today.

Renters and homeowners who do not want to rely on unverified cash-in-hand arrangements or get stuck in the call-around-the-neighbourhood loop to find someone reliable. Busy professionals who value the platform accountability. Landlords coordinating maintenance on tenanted properties (works well with GeraRent).

Coverage

GeraHome will launch in the UK only. It does not operate in Armenia, Georgia, Kenya, Nigeria or anywhere else today, and no services are available in any postcode yet — joining the waitlist is the only live action.

What It Costs

Joining the waitlist is free and nothing is charged today. At launch, the plan is that you pay per job at the price shown before booking and GeraHome takes a planned commission from the provider; no commission is charged today. Membership tiers and priority booking are not live.

Ecosystem Integration

GeraCash is itself still in prelaunch and GeraCoins is not a live currency, so neither can be used on GeraHome today. Cross-border booking for relatives abroad is not available: GeraHome will launch in the UK only.
